The House of Sport being developed at the RA Centre provides National and Multi-Sport organizations the opportunity to house their administrative offices in a feature rich environment designed for collaboration, innovation and efficiency - a first of its kind in Canada. The House of Sport will also offer space to complementary organizations that will support and enhance the sport organizations. The Legend solution includes a full suite of online registration, facility rental and customer account management services; integrated website content administration; a comprehensive point of sale system and a ground breaking back office application. Legend's flagship business intelligence reporting will allow the RA to understand member needs and deliver our programs and services more effectively.
Upon reviewing its existing system, the RA recognized that significant improvements were required and that it needed to modernize and centralize the system to provide a better experience for its customers and members. After a detailed evaluation, it became clear that the breadth and depth of Legend's innovative solutions was exactly what the organization was looking to implement. The RA is expecting to launch with the Legend solution late in 2017.
